Today I thought I’d try an early morning workout. Surprisingly getting up wasn’t an issue. In fact I got up 20 minutes before my alarm was due to go off. I like the vibe of the gym early in the morning. It’s much more laid back as people just want to get in, do their workout, and get out, unlike during the busy after work period where all the bros show off. In other news, it’s only been three days and I’ve already lost 1 pound which I’m quite pleased about. I hope I can keep this up.
